Are you stuck and need a push?
I just got off the phone with a woman who wanted some advice on operating her business right and I thought you may benefit from the same information I gave her. Basically, her worry was that she isn't on point to reach her revenue or product development goals and with half the year behind her she wanted to know what was the best thing she could do for her business right now.
My response to her was to take a moment and re-evaluate her goals based on where she is now in her business. Make a new plan from this point.
That's also my suggestion for you. Take moment and look at where you are in your business today. Are you on point to meet your revenue goals? Do you have multiple streams of revenue created? Do you know who's buying what you are selling? Are you attracting enough ideal clients to buy what you are selling? Are you saying the right things to the right people?
