This week, I’ve received a bunch of emails asking questions about the OperateItRight Small Business Incubator™, so I thought I would answer them in one email in case you wanted the answer to the same questions before you joined.

Below are the common questions I received about the OperateItRight Small Business Incubator™ and my answers.

• What exactly is the OperateItRight Small Business Incubator™? The OperateItRight Small Business Incubator™ is a “membership only” coaching and mentorship program dedicated to helping Solopreneurs operate their business. I will personally lead you through my OperateItRight Small Business Incubator™. I’ll guide you, advise you, support you, motivate you and hold you accountable. Basically, I will provide you with the tools and resources you need to operate your business so that you build a business that will support your lifestyle.
• What if I’ve just started my business? What if my business is struggling? Then the OperateItRight Small Business Incubator™ is perfect for your business. When I created the program, I created it with you in mind so the program does offer specific tactics and resources to turn your around and to start your business on the right foot. This program is definitely not for everyone. The Solopreneur, willing to do the work and determined to succeed, will get what they need to take their business to the next level regardless of the current state of their business.
• Why should I join the OperateItRight Small Business Incubator™? You should join the OperateItRight Small Business Incubator™ if you are committed to succeeding and want affordable access to a mentor who has built a successful business twice. A mentor who has helped other entrepreneurs just like you to operate and build a successful business. You should join the OperateItRight Small Business Incubator™ if you are tired of walking in the dark by yourself. As a member of the OperateItRight Small Business Incubator™ you will get strategies, systems and tools that work, you will also be part of a network of entrepreneurs that will provide feedback and support.
• How come this yearly program is continuous? The OperateItRight Small Business Incubator™ is continuous because operating a business is continuous. Besides, isn’t it great to know that you can start and end at anytime you like.
• How long will it take before I see results? That will depend on your actions. You’ll leave each execution call with clear actions to take. If you take those actions, you’ll see results; if you don’t, you won’t.
• How is it going to work? Each month for 60 to 75 minutes, we’ll meet online in the OperateItRight Business Center™ Conference Room for a live training session on a specific business topic. You’ll learn the why, what, how and when during the session. The next day, we’ll meet again for an execution session. During this session, I’ll answer any question you have about the previous day’s session. You’ll receive your OperateItRight Action & Resource Guide™ for the month, along with a clear explanation of the actions you should take for the month.Any time during that month you can log into the OperateItRight Business Center™ to access the tools & resources for the month, including a recording of the training and execution sessions.Then once a quarter, we’ll meet by telephone or Skype to catch up on the busy work of operating a business–such as, updating the contact manager and organizing the office, etc.Occasionally, we’ll meet by telephone so that you can ask any questions you have about operating your business.
• Are there any guarantees? Yes. If you realize that the OperateItRight Small Business Incubator™ is not for you, just cancel your membership. If you cancel your membership during the first month, you’ll get a full refund.
• What if I can’t attend the OperateItRight Small Business Incubator™ session? No problem. Each session is recorded, and you will have access to all of the tools and the resources. You will also get answers to any question you have via the OperateItRight Business Center™.
• What are the dates and times of the OperateItRight Small Business Incubator™ sessions? The training sessions are scheduled for the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 9:30am PST/10:30am MST/11:30am CST/12:30pm EST, and the execution session is the following day at the same time. The first training session is scheduled for April 16, 2008, with the execution session following on the 17th of April.
